FAQs

Here's some FAQ's

We haven't started filling this area out because most of the site is self-explanatory but we'll add stuff as it comes down range.  Until then, just get in touch with us on the Facebook page...

Q: Will you design my <unit info> a shirt and what is the cost?
A: We can do that but there's a few things we need to know...  costing is derived from the following factors:

  1. We need unit info (e.g. dustoff, ranger, ODA)
  2. We need some kind of guidance - don't just ask us to design something that you will not like - if you have some ideas, give them to us
  3. How many colors are we using (we generally stick to only 1 to 3 max)
  4. What color shirt (e.g. OD, ACU, black, gray)
  5. What kind of shirt (e.g. cotton, 50/50, poly, triblend - aviation units require 100% cotton)
  6. We can integrate our designs into your unit shirt
  7. We don't do art for people unless you buy the garments, but then again, we generally don't charge for art
  8. Where are we printing (left chest and back, just back, front or both... sleeves, you get the point)

Q: Can I still buy stuff without a PayPal account?
A: Yep - we use Google Checkout and 2Checkout (both secure) - you can still pay with Paypal without an account as well.

Q: Why aren't you selling everything in your catalog?
A: Currently we are not a 'mainstream' supplier... We print what our customers want of a particular design 'in bulk' and then overprint to sale and backfill what they need.  When they place an order and we have extras, we sell them on the this site.  Maybe this will change in the future but for now we're fine being a small custom shop.

Q: How can I see all of your available designs?
A: We have a catalog here. If you are interested in placing an order for something, please remember our minimum is 36 per design (that means if you choose a shirt, then we can give you a mix of different sizes as long as the total is 36).  We provide the shirts with a packing slip, invoice and in most cases they already have garment hanging tags on them for your convenience.

Q: What's the difference between Airborne Ranger and Infidels Incorporated?
A: On a lot of our original designs, having our logo on the back to some people felt that it looked like they had been in a Ranger Battalion and we got a lot of feedback from people getting the old question 'when did you go to Ranger School' or 'Which Battalion were you in' - so we created a new brand called 'Infidels Incorporated' that uses the same military-based concepts of designs but just removed the Airborne Ranger stuff... besides, you shouldn't get beat up wearing a shirt of ours - unless you started something of course.

Although the word 'infidel' has been around forever - it's recently become more popular in the news because that's what US Forces are known as in most of the world, as we bomb people that deserve it.

Q: Where do you get your inspiration for your designs?
A: We are not just people that come up with stuff out of nowhere... We've been to the schools (Ranger, HALO, RSLC, Pathfinder, ILRRPS.. you get the idea) and deployments and take the shirt ideas from our past experience hanging around some of the most awesome (and crazy as shit) people you could ever hope to meet.  Our work is inspired by things that may not be mainstream, but people still enjoy.  We have one guy that does the art and it's not outsourced.

Q: How do I ship to an APO address?
A: When shipping to an APO (Army Post Office) - you must fill out the order in the follow way to have accurate delivery.  Remember that depending on your location, it could take up to 10 days for you to receive your order but we usually send tracking information and have not missed a shipment yet.  There are shipping instructions here.
